Returns Policy

Oilcloth & Cotton Fabrics

Here at Jolee we hope that you never have to or want to return your item. However, we know at times you might need to return an item. All of our Oilcloths and Cotton Fabrics are cut to your order. Nothing is pre-cut given the amount of designs that we have in stock. As a result, if you are not happy with a tablecloth or fabric, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

• Do not like the colour
• Do not like the design
• Clearance item purchased
• Customised cloth in any way (Bias Binding, Centre Seam, Parasol Hole, Boxed Corners or Elasticated Edges, Rounded Corners or Custom measurements)

To avoid any of the above mistakes each design has the option of a free sample so you can check the quality and colour prior to purchasing. If you are not sure what size you need please check our MEASURING GUIDE HERE

Reasons why we can accept returns:

• Faulty item
• Wrong size or design sent
• Optional Extra not added

If you would like to swap an item for another design or exchange your item for a larger size we CAN accept an exchange, however there will be a 20% cutting fee for this. The return postage costs for non-faulty items would be covered by you and we cannot be responsible for the item being lost when sent. Exchanges must NOT have any optional extras on. This includes Bias Binding, Centre Seam, Parasol Hole, Boxed Corners or Elasticated Edges, Rounded Corners or Custom measurements. All cloths returned for an exchange must be returned in a saleable condition. Failure to do so will result in us sending the cloth back to you.

Centre-Seam Oilcloths

As a resolution to larger tablecloths we sew 2 widths together which results with a centre-seam. These are completely bespoke and made to your specific order. As a result, we can only accept returns for the following reasons:

• Wrong design sent
• Wrong Size Sent
• Optional Extras Not Added Which We Missed Off Original Order
• Faulty Item

We CANNOT accept returns for any other reason unfortunately so please ensure you are happy with the design and size.

Optional Extras

With all of our Oilcloths and PVC Vinyl we offer a range of optional extras such as Boxed Corners, Elasticated Edges, Parasol Holes, Bias Binding, Custom Measurements and Velcro Seams. As with our Centre-Seam options we can only accept returns for the following reasons:

• Wrong design sent
• Wrong Size Sent
• Optional Extras Not Added Which Were Missed Off Original Order
• Faulty Item

Accessories

All our range of accessories are handmade by us here. We use experienced staff and the best machinery in the industry. We can accept returns on items such as aprons, peg bags, table runners and iPad Cushions, however these must be unused. For non-faulty items you the customer are responsible for the return of the item. We advise that you use a tracked postage service as we cannot be responsible for any items that are missing. We will pay return postage for the following reasons:

• Wrong design sent
• Wrong Size Sent
• Faulty Item
• Optional Extras Not Added Which Were Missed Off Original Order
